Campbell Stone was an arrogant prick to my grandmother. He was cold hearted, negative about her situation and ended up stressing her even more than she was when we arrived. Absolutely no compassion whatsoever and negative towards all nursing homes, which made her extremely scared. She is in a wonderful place and he made her scared and stressed for no reason. It was a huge effort to get her to him since she has issues walking and is not well, yet he didn't care about that. When asked why he couldn't come to visit her at the home (which is close by), his response was that she was perfectly capable of making it there and had no interest in the difficulty it took for us to get her to the appointment. Once we were there, we were also told that he couldn't do anything since she needed a doctors certificate and this was never mentioned to us beforehand. So we went through the hardship and grandma went through the stress and worry of making it there for absolutely no reason at all and he couldn't care less. Myself and my family do not recommend this individual for anything. If you are looking for a solicitor who has a heart. We recommend looking elsewhere. They exist! We highly recommend RiverLegal, Will is an absolute gem.

CSM handled our probate, will and property conveyancing matters since 2014, they are efficient and the pricing is competitive.

I am using them for almost 10 years i did a lot of transactions with them. They are average not very good or bad. 2 months ago i sold 2 houses with them , they hold $600 for insurance even they have the invoice in the file. I called them 10 times to solve this and only answer i had was "we will".
