NOT GOOD TO START WITH!! Won't return calls. Rude a d abrupt on the phone. Apparently I need my son to sign an authority so they can speak to me he's in prison. Not very helpful so far, Update coming.
Communication is terrible keep postponing what I see a simple case..changing lawyers they are a joke rude lack computation skills horrible
He promised to return calls and to ring me once he'd got permission to give me the information and I know he was given that permission but after a week no call so I rang him and left a message to call me but after 2 almost 3 weeks he still has not replied. I would not suggest him to someone for that reason. Shows how much he respects his clients and there family hey but guess it's only legal aid so maybe if we were fattening his wallet he might of called back hey.

Terrible...I did not realise how much so until I got new representation from another firm. Fail to get back to you in a fair and timely manner. I found them disorganized with papers etc and had no care once they abandoned me of my case. You did me a favour guys when u abruptly let my case go. New firm is exceptional and killing it. Thanks
I love this defence Lawyer he saved my husband in the corner!! My husband was Daniel Sidney Vincent Morgan he died at aged 22 yrs old! 2006! David treated my husband like a brother, David Gilmore is like no other! If I could I give him all the stars, but he would say it's ok ta!! Love you David for what you did for my Daniel! I just hope when I see you soon I don't send you to the moon!! As my friend I have the biggest criminal case ever, and it's all honesty clever! You are the best defender of criminal crime I know and ever met!!! You are the smartest most honest kind lawyer out in the net!!! You I say are the best in the commonwealth, I love you David Gilmore for all you did!!! Now I back to settle a score, and it is all criminal law!!! You are my only hope!! So please David help me cope with the lies and corruption that I have been criminally to for copped so help me friend to win this thing, and I know it's justice that you do bring!
