Horrible experience. Took nearly an hour to go in and get a bank cheque done. Low staff and the female brunette staff member who was on is probably the rudest teller I’ve ever seen. Zero compassion for a mum with young kids who waited patiently for 30 mins then started to become restless. Then gossips to her co-worker about us whilst I’m feeding my baby. Left feeling defeated and just sad. Just horrible experience.
Can't even do change for there customer with out having to deposit money in there account there take it back out to give you the change. Bloody Absolutely useless. Worst bank ever. Half an hour to give me $200 change.
Pretty sad branch, very understaffed. Was bringing some business banking over to NAB, but seriously reconsidering that.
They should close down. Otherwise, they will lose loyalty customers.
I wish you could rate more than once. Okay staff but hopeless system with endless wait. Love the service from an old lady, but rest of staff are inefficient. Watched more than 80% customers leaving unhappy from this NAB branch.
too slow waited almost 30 minutes. we were there around 1:30 pm. only one teller there we're about half a dozen customers waiting... ridiculous
Care factor is zero. I had $5000 taken out of my credit card. They gave me a postit note with a number to call and sent me on my way. I have been a NAB customer since I was 11 years old. So sad to see staff don't care. It's not their money.
We got turned away from trying to open a bank account for our son. We walked across to suncorp and they were more then happy to help us.
No enough staff, always long line ups. & the Springwood branch is always close when they say they r open grrrr
