I've had some terrible experiences with packages arriving, with a couple of attendants coming across as impatient and rude, and my package lost. I advise against using the package collection there and instead get items delivered directly to your house if you want to actually receive your parcels. I will raise my rating if the service improves

I use the self service machines and my only complaint would be that it is sometimes a bit of a wait if I need a priority or registered sticker. Otherwise I have no complaints with this post office. My interactions with the staff have always been helpful, polite and friendly. I'm in there several times a week.

I'm highly disappointed with all Australian post company's. If I had to rate this with zero stars I would have. I contacted Australian post number regarding to the person I have spoken with yesterday about my parcels. I spoke with two females about my parcels. Their response were they had the wrong address in their system And they also believed the address I provided to the sender wasn't the address they saw on their system. I have been really angry worrying myself about my parcels.  because they strongly believed it might not get delivered to my address. I provided to the sender overseas.  Now if my parcels happens to get delivered with the right address on it to me. I would be so mad regarding of the false information. I strongly don't went to believe that they know what they're on about.  I'm Horrified  with all the compilations information. Horrible way of them seeking through false information.

I had to scan an envelop at the self-services machine which I had never used before and an older lady who was just wiping down the machines was in the way. I politely asked if I could squeeze in… no response, no acknowledgement, she just kept working. So I thought she may not have heard me and just worked around her. 

Another kinder staff member, who must’ve noticed my struggle in using the machine, then told me to scan the bottom of the envelope, but not realising where the scanner actually was, I ended up scanning the wrong barcode. Then, that older staff member right beside me who was cleaning the machines rudely said "No! That's not how you do it!", snatched the envelop off me, scanned it, and went back to cleaning.

Having worked in retail for over 10 years I have quite a tolerance threshold with rude people but she has got to be one of the rudest staff members I've had the displeasure of encountering. I see her there often and she’s just the most unfriendly person every time.

walked away with a little bit of my happiness taken away because the couple behind the after hours post box door where so rude it was in unbelievable. The man was so uninterested in seeing if I had mail while the lady behind was looking sparsely. My number tracker said it was "waiting collection" so I made a trip all the way there because I was so excited. They treated me inhumanly possible it honestly ruined the whole enjoyment of getting mail.
