Completely useless!! The women are usually either very rude or really arrogant. They lose parcels regularly and then don't want to know about it.  One Asian woman there didn't want to know about it, parcel had tracking but still "it's not my problem".  This has happened twice now and they don't seem to want to even attempt to find them, just try and get rid of you and then serve the next customer. 

Avoid where ever possible!
