Worst experience of service. Staff are too busy to make purchase and have little manners. No greetings or acknowledgement even when waiting at the counter. Called for passport appointment and told that it wasn't required for my time, to then arrive on the day and get turned away. The bookshop and coffee shop are lovely and have wonderful staff. Such a contrast to the postal experience.

I called up to book an appointment for passport renewal, I was told don’t worry about an appointment and just turn up. I waited 30minutes in line to be rudely turned away “because we’re too busy”. No ifs not buts, I’d taken a day off work to get his done. Terrible service, by a terrible institution.

Huge delay on sending an important parcel. Staff are extremely rude and condescending. If you're not happy working there, get a new job.

I must say unfortunately I agree with the other reviews here, that the staff at the counter are very rude, to the point of being ignored when asking questions. Not good enough.
