Needed to post something o/s which I've never done and the lovely lady at the GPO was incredibly helpful to both me and 2 other customers concurrently. She was so friendly and capable. I wish I could remember her name to post here!! Thank you so much for raising my expectations dramatically

Went here at their 7am opening time to get some urgent passport photos and information on priority passport application - staff were extremely courteous and helpful. 10/10 would go here again.

Very nice facility with all the supplies you might need to send a parcel. The staff are outstanding in providing assistance and great customer service.

Went to organise a priority passport today at the Brisbane GPO and was helped by Paul who was so helpful and delightful to deal with. Thank you for employing such wonderful people like Paul.

My wife went to this post office at 2pm on Thursday, 21st December. She tried to get a registered post from her client. The woman at the counter refused to give it to her because the post was under my wife‘s middle name and she only has ID with her first name. Then the woman asked my wife the details of the post and my wife answered everything right and showed her the business card with the same PO BOX address. The woman at counter still stated that ONLY the person with this EXACT name can get it. "I am sorry, I UNDERSTAND eveeything you say, but without correct ID, you are still a different person to me". My wife went back to the office and told her boss the situation. Amazingly, her boss went there again and got the letter without any trouble, they DID NOT even ask for ID. Her boss (male) said maybe i look like an asian girl with an asian girl name... Is it some kind of discrimination that you think bullying an asian is funny??? i don't want to say your name here but you know i am talking about you.
