I am doing own online business and have been many post offices in Melboune. I can confidently say this office provides worst service ever.
Staffs are too rude and they made me feel worse whole day.

Worse place on Earth. Paid for next day delivery and Parcel was still sitting there whole week. AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!!

Wow, this place has to have the worst service ever. Never thought posting a letter could be so hard. Staff don’t want to be there.

I hate that this is my local post office and that all of my parcels get directed here when I'm not home. They're a pain to deal with and I cringe at the thought of having to come in to collect things.  Most of the women at the counter have terrible communication skills, they're also consistently rude and painfully unhelpful. 

If it weren't for the fact that I have to collect my parcels here, I would never come to this post office.
