Dont bother useless ... i rang up about a parcell and was told waiting time was under 5min.. thats cool .. but hey iver 20min later im still waiting ..  plus i had a message this morning saying my item was due todsy ... i had 3 option to puck from regarding my delevery drop off that day... guess what dudnt come ... yeyed to xall got fuckinf nowhere...... like i said uesless

Worst example of customer service. Dont bother going there and waste your time.

Some staff not all need serious training in customer service. I won't name the person but I was not impressed at all. Not listening to customers while they are talking and ignoring what they saying is a big downfall in customer service.
