Not impressed with having to book for workshop's over a short weekend opening time, when nothing was specified on flyer's!!! And not in local paper!? Didn't even hear about the workshop merely a fluke!. Came from Melton to join in at Caroline Springs and was turned away with NO accommodations and only 5 people in attendance!!! What a waste of our rate paying money when we can never benefit!! Or hear about these things!!!!

Professional attitude with great pride in work as always shown by staff . Shaninder went out of her way to help and give me information required to be a member. Hard to find librarians like her in this age !

We love the toddler time at the library!!the lady running it really gets everyone involved, great mix of music and books and we love love love that she teaches sign language throughout too

Lovely staff! They are friendly and helpful  nnI just wish those students spending their break time to be courteous to other library users. They are often loud.nI wish the staff could monitor the situations. We spend our time in the library 4 times a week.nnGreat to see too that there's a cafe.

Very helpful staff, especially Emma, because she went out of her way to find it and call me to say it was now available. Very happy.
