This is the roasting house, kitchen and lab for Proud Mary cafe which is located just around the corner. There’s a small shop and coffee bar - be aware it only seats around 10 people at a time but this is by no means a bad thing. The staff are very friendly and genuinely passionate about coffee and happy to talk through the process as they prepare your selection. The bean selection and country of origin rotate every few weeks and they also run frequent coffee tastings and similar events which are a lot of fun. We love this place and would highly recommend it for coffee enthusiasts - the cakes are made just upstairs and also really good too!

This shop servers only black coffee, and they serve very good ones. When I say good, it's defined by the roasters sourcing their coffee beans from the origins, roasting their own and brewing it. They pick out the delicate flavours be it Espresso or Filtered and express their love for it as they serve it to you. The staff is so passionate about what they do, and that is loving the coffee down right to the source. You feel it in every cup served to you. If you love coffee, you cannot miss Aunty Pegs.

Relaxed coffee drinking. All the fancy preparation methods. Also sell beans and grind them to order. At times is a quiet place, but when the industrial roasters are working there's a bit of noise, offset by golden oldies playing. Still easy to have a conversation though. All the food servings are pastry/muffin like, no full meals. And interestingly, no milk, only black coffees.

Coffee as coffee gets. The team here are all super passionate and obsessed with coffee. Very chilled and approachable staff who are all ready to share with you the secrets hidden in each coffee. Beware milk based and sugar-in-coffee drinkers cause they don't serve that stuff here! It's go black or go home here, but give it a try! Brought 2 white coffee drinkers here and they have been convinced there is a place in their hearts for the odd black coffee every now and then! Some small bites to nibble on but don't go hungry

Amazing venue as part of Proud Mary. Fresh coffee hand-picked by staff from uncontroversial farmers, roasted and bagged on-site. Great range of quality brewing products and general coffee paraphernalia. Professional and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Visiting's an absolute must if you find yourself in the area.
