I often grab a coffee and toasted foccatia after work. The coffees are good and being in Fitzroy sometimes you just want a decent sandwich and coffee without all the hipster frills. Often around lunch time the place is packed too.

Nothing all that spectacular. Basically a coffee shop at the entrance to a building. Fairly bland. Breakfast and coffee okay but not fantastic.

I am a bit of a coffee snob. Especially in Collingwood, where there is no shortage of amazing coffee places. Glassworks Cafe is up there (seriously - it is!). Good prices also.
