Great service by this chemist. Firstly accurate information was provided by email. Then Shannon offered great advice and explained all my options when I dropped in to have a prescription filled. The prescription was ready the same day, unlike the compounding chemist up the road who wanted the money up front $20 dearer and still had me waiting 5 days later.

They are a chemist. They have everything a chemist has, they are open as late as any chemist notthside to my knowledgenWell done Aspley, the rest, get put of bed. The workd keeps turning 24 7 these days. How do.shiftworkers do shopping. What if you have a crazy toothache or need 1st aid supplies on an early morning fishing trip.. emergency dept??? No wonder they are so busy. Cmon.chemists. you take tje profit. Give something back to the community that feeds you. It disent have to be profitable on the books at 2 am. Its a part of being a medical provider. We do maintenance on refinerys. When the ohine rimga at 2am. We a answer. Ypu get paid heaps andvfly under the radar for customer service. Convenience, but at a cost.nnI went down to Aspley D/N chemist 26/04/25 before work as my local chemist warehouse would not have opened in time. Asked for two scripts to be filled, One for myself and one for my partner. I requested generic.nnI had also asked for mine to be double filled as I am forgetful and thought having extra would mean I would not run out again so soon. I waited 5ish minutes and was called back to the counter. The total rang to $71.80. This seemed high to me but running out of time and needing medication I reluctantly paid. I had to request the pharmacist who was serving me for a receipt as one was not provided automatically, this seemed like a bit of a task. She explained that one box of my medication was charged at $22.70 and one at $17.50 which was strange to me. The receipt see image has no descriptions of what was actually purchased and from the top two line pharmacist circled you can see what I was charged for my medication. Upon looking up this medication at competitors the going rate is $8.99 per box, but I have been charged more than double on each box. My partners medication was on par with competitors.nnThe connivence is great being open early/later than competitors but you will pay for that in the end.

I was there recently for something for my cough. The young girl Caitlin I believe, asked so many questions, like what type of cough, when does it usually occur/worsen, what position am I in when it occurs/worsens, what medication I’m on, etc. She excused herself for a moment to check with the pharmacist, then returned with a product and explained why it was the best for me, because of the type of cough I had, and with the medication I take. She also explained the dosage.nI returned twice that day and was thankful Caitlin served me. Her professionalism was the same, with understanding and with digression when I asked about a personal product.

5 stars for customer service for when things go wrong!nna slight hiccup had occured with one of my two compounded prescriptions being missed, and not being ready when I went to collect. The pharmacy team couldn't have been more helpful, dropping what they were working on to put my medication together whilst I waited, and couldn't be more apologetic.nnWhilst wandering the store to pass time, I was politely asked if I needed any help by another team  members, all in all, every member of staff that I met was warm, friendly and helpful.nnIt's a fair drive for me to get here, but their compounding prices and fantastic customer service make it well worth the effort, and also it's important to keep supporting compounding chemists in the community!
