I arrived at 10:30 pm to get a script filled, only to find out that another pharmacy that had previously dispensed the script one of the repeats had stuffed up making it difficult to complete the repeat script.nnThe team at Aspley Day and Night Pharmacy worked out a solution so that not only could I get the medication but they would contact the other pharmacy and resolve the issue so I didn't have to. Now that's amazing customer service.nnThank you.

Wanted to order a stronger numbing cream and was asked to complete a risk assessment, all good. Was told they had pre-made in the fridge, all good. Was told to call back once I had completed the risk assessment to confirm received it, all good, said I was coming to collect same night and they said all good. Arrived to collect to only be told not able to complete as there are a few extra steps to be done and can take 30mins, not good.nIf this had been told to me prior to completing the form I would have not worried. Miscommunication can lead to confusion and frustration. Also was not told the extra steps by Shannon on duty.

With novel prescriptions below S4 they are flawless and usually quick. The staff are wonderful. Anything beyond S8 they appears to be 1-2 staff members who take it upon their duty of care to scrutinise the scripts. While this takes place from a learn academic and legislative standpoint, I feel the patient gets ignored in the face of the aforementioned aspects. Many times have I embracing walked away feeling like I’ve been treated as a second hand citizen or worse, a drug seeker, simply for requesting a script well within the scripts repeat interval. With my organisational affiliation and membership of ADHD group AAADHDIG, multiple psychiatrists RECOMMEND that their patient pick up their medications before one moment, and opting to pick up medications on the repeat interval day is an effective tool for patients to stay on top of their medications. Unfortunately, this pharmacy disagrees with this practice, and instead employs an abrasive subcontextualised communication method which leaves the patient feeling awkward, like they have done something wrong and lastly, treated like drug addicts. If the pharmacy could stay up to date with ADHD national guidelines which were released less than 12 months ago, they would be much better educated on this subject. I personally refuse to pick up my medications s8 from them due to this reason. One last thing, I feel even the most basic question the male pharmacist makes you feel like a child when I have attained university education and am familiar with the prescribing manuscripts from the government. Certainly room for improvement, will they make use of it? Time will tell.

Excellent service & help. Great that it is open till late particularly to be able to get the medicines you need.
