Excellent service. I needed a cream formula compounded and it was quick and easy to upload my script and collect within a few days. Friendly service at the pharmacy desk, and the pump packaging was much nicer than at other compounding pharmacies I've used.

Went there at 10:50pm and they happily filled a script, truely a life saver or at least in this case welcome relief. So glad this chemist does what it does so late at night.

Necessity has always been the driver for me coming here but I’ve never been found wanting for a different option. Yep, there’s chemists that are closer to me but they’re not open at 10pm when I’ve needed stuff for my kids. In my experience the staff here have always been helpful and compassionate and super professional when I’ve seen them dealing with difficult customers. Keep this one in your back pocket when you need a chemist after hours.

Worst service for compounding. Previous experience at this pharmacist, took 5 days to do compounding script so this time emailed through compounding script. Called to check had been received and eta, told would be ready next day. Called next day told they were too busy to complete, would be definitely done following day and they would message. Tried to call, after on hold for 30 minutes with no response I drove 30 minutes to pick up the script to be told sorry they ran out of meds so will be ready Monday.

Wonderful team of professionals who are incredibly supportive and helpful - Joel is wonderful pharmacist as well!

Thanks Nik and Sam. Not only for following up on the issues I identified, in my very emotional rant, but delivering the script to my home last night. Thank you for addressing the issues I raised with telephone communication and cost of scripts. And I look forward to the reminder service .

The pharmacy team here are incredible. Very professional and knowledgeable.  They are my go to for advanced pharmaceutical knowledge,  advice and,  of course,  compounding. I am continually in awe of Nick's willingness to go the extra mile to help. Amazingly,  if you can't wear a mask during lockdown,  they will assist you to get whatever you need without having to enter the store.  This is so reassuring to know that there is no risk of exposing others,  no matter how inadvertently - as well as not being exposed! Simply can't recommend this store highly enough.

The best late night pharmacy! Joel and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure I was a happy customer. Very highly recommend

So I went here once to get some medicine for my newborn daughter, and one of the ladies and I chatted for ages about babies and how great they are.  If that's not service I don't know what is.  I suppose I find the toy junk section of chemists a bit off-putting, but otherwise the place is good and the hours are convenient.  They have medical equipment for rent, too, at very cheap prices and without any real gouging at all at least, that's how it seems!.  Overall pretty great.

The staff are amazing ! Every single time I have attended they have been so helpful and knowledgeable! Always smiling and ready for a friendly chat ! Couldn’t recommend enough
