Very very professional. So rare these days to have access to a pharmacy with traditional values. The staff are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Will be back!

Absolutely brilliant service! Not only was my daughter's script filled quickly when I was eager to get her home after being discharged at 5pm on Wednesday afternoon but the pharmacist took the time to explain everything to myself and my daughter. She couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She clearly loves helping people. We watched the pharmacist look after two other customers while we were in the pharmacy and she showed them the same courtesy she showed us- asked them how they were going with their medicines- showed genuine concern. Well done Atrium Plaza Pharmacy - there needs to be more pharmacists like you have working for you.

Staff are pants on head hopeless. Slow, very very slow. Scripts you get elsewhere in 5 mins takes 30 mins here. They seem to be under the impression that because they are in the hospital they can be as slow and hopeless as they like. If you can go ANYWHERE else, do so.
