I generally attempt to have a conversation before leaving a negative review but getting the staff’s attention was one of the many challenges.nWhile waiting to pick up my medication a woman out of uniform and her child were behind the prescription counter.nThe staff and team were crouched down laughing loudly behind a shelf while myself and about 5 other customers waited.nThey then proceeded to apply my Medicare card to some scripts but not others, charging me triple for the medication I normally get.nWhen I tried to rectify this at the counter the woman just said I don’t know how to do that.nAfter another 40 or so minutes going back and forth to the prescription desk I finally got a refund.nNobody was outright rude but they just didn’t seem to really care and I had the distinct impression they were annoyed and inconvenienced by the store being busy

Very disappointing click & collect experience. Got a notification to say a product was out of stock, proceeded to accept the order without the out of stock item and was notified the order was ready to collect. When I got there two team members couldn’t find the order so I opted to cancel it so I could collect the items in-store myself so it wasn’t a wasted trip at which point I find 5+ of the item that has said to be out of stock!

Staff do not ensure that items go in the correct spots. So when i bought multiple of the same item while they were on a sale, the incorrect and unintended item was also included package looked similar. When i came to return it a few days later, i was told that they could not allow me to swap the item for the correct one and could only do a refund and refused to allow me to purchase the correct item at the discounted price the sale had just ended. The item was in the exact same condition that it was when i purchased it and it was not a perishable item ive worked in pharmacy before and i know the drill. Given that i had previously picked up an online order that was for a specific moisturisor and the one they grabbed for me was a riche and not the creme like i asked not a huge difference i didnt think they cared much about specifics like that, but upon returns they do apparently. I guess its just safer to think they dont want to organise returns, even if its technically their fault.

Best chemist warehouse team ever! The whole team are absolutely lovely people who are knowledgeable about their products and provide exceptional service. Shout out to Zane - what a gem of a human! He goes above and beyond with customer service. So incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. Super friendly. Ya’ll are wonderful. Thank you for your work.

Pharmacist Juliecel B was not helpful and incredibly rude. Lacked sympathy and was incredibly nasty. Did not understand Queensland law and when I mentioned that her story changed to “pharmacist discretion” and YELLED “I AM A PHARMACIST YOU ARE NOT”. Horrific experience and a nasty nasty woman.
