I visited Chemist Warehouse Fortitude Valley to collect a click-and-collect order at about 5pm today. The staff member at the front directed me to the pharmacist queue at the back. After waiting about 10 minutes, the pharmacist informed me that prescription pickups are handled there and that my click-and-collect order should have been collected at the front counter. I then had to return to the original register to get my order. The staff member explained that she thought I was a delivery driver, but I had come in specifically to collect a click-and-collect order. Mistakes happen, but this could have been avoided with a quick check before sending me to another queue. The unnecessary wait was frustrating and could be improved with better staff communication and training. I visited Chemist Warehouse Fortitude Valley to collect a click-and-collect order. Extremely disappointing experience. There was a medication mix-up on their end, and when we spoke with staff and the pharmacist on duty, the issue was dismissed with little duty of care being told the medications were “practically the same” and that the original item wasn’t stocked.nnThe pharmacist sent us to another Chemist Warehouse for the correct prescription, only to find it he sent us to the wrong location. After visiting a third and fourth store, we were finally told that none of their locations stock that brand anymore.nnOverall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience caused by no duty of care, poor communication and lack of accountability. Never again.

Very busy.   Takes ages to get a script filled.  I think they deliberately make you wait, so you browse the other shopping.nThey do have the best prices.  Even cheaper than kMart and Big-W for Betadine.nCheaper than Shaver Shop for electric toothbrushes.nWay cheaper than Myer and David Jones for Eau de Parfum.

Pleasant Service and Staff. The Cleanliness of the store is a disgrace. Spider webs in ceilings and lights. The front door welcome mat is black with dirt. The floors need a sweep and mop

Good location for me and handy after a coffee and bagel at Collins. Great specials and good variety of vitamins. Customer service at the counter was good - not so good from the staff member wandering around. Disinterested and not smiling, clearly not having a good day!
