Caring, diligent and attentive, you can tell the people working at BCP have their patient's well-being at the top of the priority list. In an ever-changing industry, they are well at the forefront adapting to constantly changing rules and regulations. Their customer service is top notch, and should be a model for all pharmacies supporting plant based medicines. Keep up the great work everyone! Have had nothing but fantastic experiences since switching to this pharmacy. Phone lines can be a little long, but have definitely experienced worse elsewhere - team is always super helpful and kind. Some of these reviews seem a little harsh, remember the team is only human and working in an industry that is barely up and running in this country.

I've been using Brisbane Compounding Pharmacy for a few years now and usually their turnaround time is quite quick, 2-3 days at the max. I submitted a repeat script on their website a week ago and shortly after I received confirmation that it had been received and is being processed. It's been a week and the script still isn't ready despite chasing up a couple of time during the week via email. Tried calling and the voice message asks to email so pretty terrible service of late.

I recently had the pleasure of moving the BCP the service has been outstanding compared to my last supplier. Ordered my script early afternoon and i’ve already received the shipping code. Not to mention how helpful and informed all of the medical cannabis team are! I would highly recommend using them :

I'm very disappointed with the service received here. I ordered a few scripts from here and because one of them was out of stock they wouldn't ship the rest of my order. I had to call up to see why my order hadn't shipped only to find out they would only send the order if I agreed to pay another $16 shipping charge once the other product was back in stock. I think this is really disgusting business practice. It's not my fault they accepted an order for a product they had out of stock, they should wear the difference not me. Because this medication is vital for me and they were holding it hostage, I had to accept to be fleeced out of an extra shipping charge or go without.

Switched from another clinic based on some positive feedback from other clients medicinal cannabis and I have had nothing but frustration with this pharmacy so far. My first order was fine, order placed and shipped within the week although some form of “Urgent Medication” label so that Aus post don’t sit with it in their truck for a day would be great However my second order has been nothing but a nightmare. This is my medication, I’ve now been waiting weeks and have run out of one of my medications. It’s incredibly frustrating that this is not treated as urgent like other medication would be. My body has gone through hell because of this lapse, and quite frankly the fact that it isn’t treated as urgent like other medication is ridiculous. I will seriously be considering switching pharmacies again already, even if it means ordering from NSW.

Few months ago they implemented automation for click and collect orders. This ensures you'll have it same or next day if stock is available. Just need to work on the small shop space, but overall it's a decent place with great staff.

It's not the first time I have to wait for days after I paid for it, to find out they forgot to dispatch my order. As a patient, I am under a treatment here but it has not been taking serious by this pharmacy. It's simple, if you can't support the number of people that are prescribed, stop taking new patients. Service is slow and disappointing!

If you’d love to wait 20 minutes to be told they do not have the stock that you called 30 minutes beforehand to check that they did then this is the perfect chemist for you. Also to have the service lady scowl at you throw her hands up and say “I don’t know I’ve passed it on” when you ask if they need you to wait still on their “investigation” into what happened. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this chemist either which I can’t even believe save yourself the time and stress a legitimate drug dealer would be more organised.

I've had several pretty average experiences in-store. the capacity to resolve issues that unfortunately shouldn't be there in the first place is however, immense.  the wider BCP team were very hands on in providing assistance once feedback was raised.  hopeful for the future
