As two staff explained to you and your angry husband there was a genuine mistake and we did offer to rectify the problem.
It would be best if you guys take your business elsewhere.

Rude, dismissive and arrogant pharmacist who's customer relation skills are very sub standard. Resorts to accusing customers of lying instead of assisting with a script.

Will gladly drive to another suburb for scripts etc. after our treatment here.

Service was amazing. Shane was lovely to both me on the phone and my partner when he brought my script in for alternative contraception.
