Excellent service! I visited the Fountain Gate Apple store to purchase a MacBook and the entire process was completed in under 10 minutes. Jack, the assistant who helped me, was incredibly kind, professional and efficient. He made the experience seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend!
The customer support at Apple Fountain Gate is downright horrendous. I went in to ask a simple question about the camera quality and asked if one of the servers could fix my problem or at least show me how to do it. I was instantly shunned by a middle age man who claimed he had been a technician of ‘12 years’. He had red hair, piercings, and tattoos especially on the leg. I would not go back again and rather take my APPLE phone to Samsung to get better service. Ruined my day.
Pretty disappointed. Drove 40 minutes all the way for an appointment only to be told there isn’t a technician to fix my phone so either option was to drive another 30 to another store or to leave the phone and come back another day after they fixed it. Solid.
My phone was not charging and I went to the store and had very good experience from start to end. The technician was knowledgeable and said looks like the port had some debris. He cleaned and tested everything was working fine there after. Thanks
I had a terrible experience at this store. If you have any repair matters, don’t bother with this branch and go to Doncaster or Chadstone branches.nMy experience was during the check in, they put some notes regarding we agreed to out of warranty repair while she never mentioned anything about that. After escalation and discussing this with the team lead, it was clear to me that they trick and mislead the customers intentionally to exploit them.nAs mentioned, drive 15 mins more and go to Chaddy. Don’t bother with this branch. Doesn’t worth the headache and the feeling that you are being exploited.
