In December 2017 we held our entire wedding (both ceremony and reception) at Ambermere Rose Inn and Fiona and her team went above and beyond to make it the perfect occasion.   They gave us exclusive use of the entire venue and met all of our requests. The scenery is stunning, the food is delicious and the service is first class.  We used Blue Mountains Special Event Hire to provide extra props.  Fiona's existing relationship with them made the extra prop hire easy allowing early delivery of pieces and enabling us to go to the venue the day beforehand to set everything up.

My dog was allowed to be present on the day of the wedding which was such a bonus to have him be part of our special day.

The food and wine was amazing and the customer service was second to none.  Nothing was too much to ask and was always provided with a smile.  They were flexible when our scheduled timeline for the day ran a bit early with guests arriving much earlier than planned on a very hot sunny day.

Because of this beautiful venue and it's amazing staff we feel we had the BEST wedding anyone could ever have asked for.  Ambermere will be a place we frequent whenever we are visiting our family in the mountains, providing lasting memories of a beautiful occasion.

An amazing experience for country dinning, sit out back under the apple trees and be treated to some tasty Italian stylish food, and all local ingredients it appears. Love this spot cause its just off the hwy and in a beautiful setting only australia can deliver.

Love is not enough to describe how we feel about this place, you can do cosy, casual, intimate or formal all in the one venue. 

The food is seasonal, and well thought out. They will cater for your kids, and even your dog.  This is a must for if you are out this way, or even for a special trip.

Perfect place in every way. We had the long lunch offer and the food and wines were lovely. The quantities were plentiful so allow several hours to really enjoy the food and location.

Food and service here are excellent. There is a great choice of local wines too. We had a really enjoyable meal here. We’ll definitely be back!
