All Strata have been great in helping to manage our property. After navigating a rough patch through the Covid years, All Strata have worked very hard to provide the right level of attention across our property and prompt and open in their communications. They listened to us. Being on the committee I Liaise frequently with Justin, and he is a great, experienced Strata Manager, focused on communicating in a timely and effective way, ensures quotes and work orders are issued promptly and provides advice based on laws & regulations to the committee to help in the decision making. Demonstrate that they do have the best interest of the property and residents.
All Strata Services, in particular our manager Melissa Bailey, has been great to deal with. Reliable with all communication and have confidence that all requests will be actioned in a timely manner. Melissa knows how to do her job and she is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend their services.

After a poor experience with a Strata Manager appointed by the Developer of a newly built strata complex we appointed All Strata Services. Melissa Bailey is our strata manager and is very helpful and proactive on all issues related to our Strata. Melissa has visited our Strata Complex to get an understanding of the buildings. I have no issue in recommending All Strata Services to manage other Strata's.
Melissa Bailey has been with our strata for a few years now. She has been extremely efficient and diligent. We have had every question and request answered or actioned swiftly. Melissa provides us with the legal information we need to ensure as a small committee of 13 units, we get it right and are up to date. We cannot speak highly enough of Melissa. We strongly recommend their services.
After a terrible experience with a previous strata manager, we engaged with All Strata Services and the experience has been great from initial engagement, through to transfer of the SP, allocation of Melissa Bailey and her overall management of the strata plan is extremely impressive. I would highly recommend All Strata Services to anyone looking for a component, diligent and high performing strata manager.
Neill Williams All Strata Services manager is an excellent professional and generally nice bloke.Always he goes that bit extra to help problem solve with issues at our complex. His support, efficiency and friendly manner are appreciated by committee.
We are a builder who works very closely with All Strata to execute on time quality repairs and maintenance for All Strata's clients. All Strata's team are easy get a hold of and are always succeeding in giving us the builder the correct information to ensure we can keep all parties happy. This service wastes huge amounts of my time by not responding. Michelle Malpass manages our property or so I’m told, but the best response rate I’ve had required me to email her 4 times before getting a response. At times I’ve emailed her more than that with no response. With issues such as exposed wires and structural damage from high rain that was only getting worse in 2022, it was very frustrating having to use All Strata. When I call I’m told I need to email them, but they clearly do not respond to emails, and to get anything done I regularly need to contact her superior. Our latest issue is simply needing AllStrata to email a simple form so a potential tenant can have their dog approved to enter a property. The managing agent of the property has called and emailed All Strata without a response. Now despite employing a managing agent I am also spending my own time trying to contact AllStrata to get someone to send me the form. Investors want ease and responsiveness and residents want peace of mind that their property is being effectively managed. I’ve received none of these in my experience using All Strata. I recommend avoiding this service.
I have owned a townhouse for over 14 years and been on the Executive Committee for the majority of this time. One of the things I enjoy about my role is the relationship I've developed with our Strata Manager, Justin Waterson. Justin is approachable and enquiries are generally resolved in a timely manner. He has always guided on advice required regarding repairs and conducts the annual meetings accordingly.
