I almost bought a property from this agent, but in the end I didn't because I didn't like him. Luckily for me a very similar property came on the market at the right time, for a much better price! I never liked the agent's attitude, his manner, nor his customer service skills. But because I did like the property, I dealt with him for a while and I was in the process of getting my finance approval so I could sign a contract. Some unexpected delays in arranging my finance led to the agent getting increasingly rude with me, to the point of threatening to tell his seller to forget about doing business with me. Of course, if the agent could have sold the property to someone else for the same price or better, then he would have. I believe the agent was just bullying me to try to get me to sign a contract before I was ready. It was my conveyancer's opinion that the agent had told his client he had already closed the deal, which might explain the agent's hostility, threats and harassment when things took a little longer than expected. Luckily for me, a very similar property came on the market when I did have my finance ready, so I got much better service and a better deal from another agent. Overall, from a buyer's perspective this agent turned me off completely. Which means that as a seller, you wouldn't want this agent selling your property either!
