Have been with Leah Jay as a managing agency for a rental property for several years now. They have always had great communication, been contactable and reliable, and shown professionalism in their management even with complicated and difficult issues. Property manager Ashleigh has been great and served above and beyond her role.
We have been using Leah Jay to manage a couple of properties for us for the last 12 months. We are extremely happy with the service from our property manager Ashleigh. She is continually going above and beyond for us and is extremely thorough with everything she does.

We had a terrible experience with our last rental property. Our agents kept changing, they put the rent up from $570 to $750 per week and then tried increasing it more right before we moved out, and after 20+ hours cleaning every inch of the house they still made us pay for professional cleaners when we moved out. I tried contacting HR but was ignored. One of the most stressful experiences of my life. Don't put yourself through it!
Service from Leah Jay was below what they usually provide for the back half of last year. We have been working with our new property manager to get back on track and things are heading in the right direction now.
We have had several property Managers manage our rental property, Leah Jay has certainly won our business. It’s interesting, our tenants recommend Leah Jay. Our long term tenant Jason, said only yesterday, Leah Jay have been great out of all property Management agencies we’ve had. Although our property managers seem to come and go Leah Jay always find Managers that slip into the role and continue seamlessly without any disruption. Emails and phone calls always addressed In a timely manner… yes we cannot fault Leah Jay.
We have been tenants of a few real estate agents before but in our time as tenants, Leah Jay has by far been the most supportive experience for us. Often as tenants, it's made very clear that the property owner is the priority, but with Leah Jay we were made to feel equally as important. Always professional, friendly and respectful, we wouldn't hesitate to use Leah Jay again in future for all of our housing needs and when it's time to move on, we will be looking to enter their community again. Thanks for everything to the wonderful ladies we have had the pleasure of dealing with, particularly Denell whose service has never faltered.
