Would not recommend. Kristina Hopkins has been out senior strata managing agent for our complex. She has been painful to work with to say the least. Straight up rudely interrupting and not allowing time for many residents to ask relevant and important questions in meetings with project managers. Rude and blunt emails replies to owners requesting information. Upon calling to speak with her at the office we have found that office staff agree she is known for this and is not received well by many and has had other complaints made against her.
I'm part of a strata complex managed by Robinson. Our strata manager Lena is fantastic. She's experienced, professional, resourceful, proactive, approachable, responsive and very personable. She sets a high standard for Robinson. Cannot speak more highly of her. Tally is also quite helpful assisting where required.
Beth Eaddy has been our strata manager at Robinson Strata and she’s always professional, prompt, reliable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing is ever a drama. She’s been such a great strata manager and we’ll miss her now that we’re moving to a house.
Since Jana has taken over the management of the strata plan, it is wonderful having a knowledgeable, professional and expert strata manager who takes a personal interest. Jana always provides timely and comprehensive service. I could not recommend more highly.
I am an owner of Pure apartment in Dee Why. Today I had some enquiry about the levy of the May - July 2024 quarter and the due date to pay the levy which is $2,123.31. When I asked Julia about the possibility to pay at the end of the May as I am struggling to pay both mortgage to pay and this state fee. First she said should be fine and then said she was not sure if there is any penalty occur. I asked her to give me a clear answer. Then she said “to pay on time”, I said of course I would like to pay on time, but I am struggling, that’s why I asked for extension. Then she answered me” if you are struggling, can not afford to pay, then you should sell your house”. I was so shocked and disappointed, and offended. How can she as a manager behaved like this, showed no emphy, no compassion. Rather than help customer to find a solution , she disrespected customer and showed her authority and professionalism in a very wrong way. Joy
Robinston Strata management are extremely expensive organization if you shop around you can get the same for half the price and they will not match there competitors pricing. If you one day late on paying levies you get it up for also costs debt recovery plus Interest payments.
We have Kristina as our strata manager who is frankly appalling. There were unresolved leaks in the building which caused substantial damage to a number of apartments and remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I have now also experienced flooding in my apartment - 3 times in one week and Kristina hasn't even responded to emails or calls setting out that she has organised any solution. Further, even the plumber cites significant frustration in working with her, saying that she notifies him late in thehe day resulting in trying to resolve the issues at night in the dark. Unworkable. It appears that Kristina is just particularly bad and there are other managers who are good who work here. It would be a dream come true if we could be allocated one of the other managers. I mean the damage to the building and the resulting work is now substantial. My neighbour has gone 8 months without a shower door because nothing gets done or acted upon. For those of us who have to live there and who own the properties, it is a nightmare having such a poor manager. It affects property values and strata rates.
Robinson Strata Management has been been looking after our ten block Strata Scheme in Dee Why for over 25 years. As a member of the Strata Committee I have worked closely with Kristina our Strata Manager for a number of years. I have always found Kristina to be very polite, prompt and helpful, whether it be answering a simple question or organising quotes for major works. Regulatory and compliance issues are constantly changing and Kristina is always up to date and has been able to ensure we are advised and in compliance of all relevant legislation. I appreciate all Kristina does to help ensure our Strata Scheme runs efficiently, and if you require a Strata Manager I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robinson Strata Management.
Our apartment block is managed by Lena Waite at Robinson Strata. The service to the Strata Committee has been outstanding. Every issue small or difficult, complex or routine has been acted on and resolved promptly and professionally. I’ve found response time to every issue very fast and thorough. Lena is a delight to deal with. Thank you for great service.
We are one of 5 owners in a small apartment block, on the Northern Beaches. With only 5 levy contributions per quarter, our funds do not go far. Andrew has been amazing in assisting us with cost effective ways to make our funds go further. The in- house politics at AGM's, as in most strata block meetings, has its moments in accommodating our difference of opinions. Andrew's professionalism, patience and knowledge of the industry has helped us smooth out these misunderstandings.
