With the great big red letters and logo you can't miss this place. The office is set around the atrium on the top floor.

Avoid at all costs. Call centre wait time is unbelievably long, everything is automated, no online portal to check your accounts, worst customer service standards. The initial discounts they throw at you will entice you and you signup with AIA Super and Insurances and Vitality program, etc, then you get stuck. 
Something like a cheap Chinese or Asian product, just that the product is not physical, but insurances/super.
Simply put, avoid AIA.

Never deal with this company they sent me to a doc that said there's nothing wrong with me .

AIA has alot of rascist Aussies who did'nt approve any of my claims because I have a foreign background I believe.  Very bad experience with AIA who also contributed to my PTSD condition through dealing with this company.  They only want to approve their own peoples claims who are anglo saxon aussies mainly.
