The room was under construction and not setup to take guests.nThere was a note on the reception desk to this effect but nothing online.nOur fridge wasn’t working and there were workmen literally working in and on our unit.nWorkman’s rubbish left in our unit also.nAn open carton on milk was in our broken fridge.nNo shear curtains so you either had everyone and anyone looking in at you or a very very dark room as very little lights as the inside had only wall lights.nThe outside was done up with new paint and looks the deal. Inside not at all very dated and bathroomnnot the cleanest.nThe pricing should have been much cheaper due to the extremely sub standard arrangements, and there should have definitely been a note online stating complex is under construction…nPlunge pool is not a spa and was enjoyable thankfully.nReception lady new our room was not ready but dismissed that fact as they had our money.

This place was ok. We wanted to check in a bit early but the cleaners were still there so we didn’t think anything of it. Then when we checked in on time they were STILL cleaning. So we came back 3 hours later and guess what….STILL CLEANING. It took them quite a while to clean but once we eventually got in our room was really good. It had a tv, bedrooms, and everything that you could want. The place also had a geo thermally heated pool and our room had a spa. Overall, pretty good place but it shouldn’t take that long to clean.

Lived our little weekend getaway. Room was clean and tidy. It was also very spacious and the kids loved the upstairs area. Loved the warm pool and the private in room spa was a bonus. Would definitely return for another little getaway.

We stayed in unit 37nWe were told we could turn up at 2pm so we did.. to be turned away because the room was not ready till 5pm wish this was communcated properly offered a partilal refund for the hours never happenednRooms look tired carpet worn and backing is shown in places, dated decor bathroom had plastics turning yellow from age, Spa was old but functional and premium price paid for the unit bed settee was uncomfortable to sit on and the couch was not supportive and hard to get out of due to springs worn out.nUnit was warmnMain Pool only open till 8pmnBeen to Wylie a several times over many years with family and this one was a let down.nWhen looking in Rotovegas to stay have a good look around as there is better out there for the price.nLocation is good

My family and I have stayed here a lot over the years but this stay tops them all. Service was exceptional, so friendly and kind. We got upgraded upon arrival to a spa suite, room was comfortable and clean. The heated pool is just lovely especially in cooler weather. Great location, we will definitely keep coming back :
