Capri On Fenton

Fantastic room for the price. Lovely spacious rooms. Best part was the outdoor spa. Nice and clean.nnWe discovered that the walls are quite thin, but luckily we didn't have anyone next door for most of our stay.

Cleanliness on peak. Service was great and very accommodating. All facilities present. I loved how they even had a bug spray. The small tea selection also consisted of short bread. And our daughter loved the easter eggs. Thank you for also being understanding of us.

Spacious room. Clean, comfortable and tidy. Easy parking right outside room. Convenient location. Lovely host. Gorgeous friendly cats at reception who accepted pats. Great stay, thank you!

Liked - Easy check-in and key drop-off process. The room was large and spacious, with our assigned carpark lot in front of our room. There was a heater and air conditioning in the room, which made it easy to regulate the temperature of the room for our comfort. The kitchenette was well stocked and had all the necessary equipment and utensils. We spotted some greenish sediment/stains that couldn't be washed off in the kettle and Morgen promptly explained that it was leftover water minerals stains. He went to get a brand new kettle for us to use without any further questions asked.nnDisliked - The floor area near the kitchenette was quite sticky and there were some brownish stains in the spa bath. It would be great if there was a heater in the toilet as it got really cold. Nothing too major as we stayed only for one night :

Would highly recommend Capri on Fenton if you're planning on staying in Rotorua! Morgen was absolutely wonderful, he was very friendly and attentive, and was great with liaising with us. Rooms are very spacious and clean, kitchen has all the necessities, and the location is excellent. There is even a supermarket nearby where you can stock up on amenities. We would stay here again
