We had a truly memorable stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs, especially when it came to organizing a surprise birthday celebration for our 8-year-old. With their help, the decorations were perfect and created such a special atmosphere right in our accommodation.nnThe room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained—exactly what you’d hope for on a family trip. And the highlight for everyone was definitely the hot pool—clean, relaxing, and one of the best we’ve experienced.nnA heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. Highly recommended for families looking for both warmth and quality!

It's amazing place and host is super friendly. They did make our day very special as we celebrated hubby's birthday. A simple gesture of cake and balloon absolutely made his evening.

I really liked the huge amount of space available and the full set of kitchen utensils on offer that made it very easy to pack my luggage and to cook up some items. Although it's somewhat far from the city centre, it's still very manageable.nnHowever, there's still a lot to be desired. The toilets were very old and had a very musty feel in general which made showers and by in large any visit to the toilet feel very uncomfortable. The shower head was also very low and the design of the shower forced you to experience moments of frigid cold water before the warm water is able to come out. Moreover, it's also a little baffling that a room with four beds only has one singular bathroom, which makes things very inefficient if you're staying with a big group. Moreover, the bathtub and the laundry machines has definitely seen better ages, which made them borderline unusable.nnDon't get me wrong, its definitely a decent place to stay in, but it'll be much better if they can sort out the rough edges.

big and spacious with a good amount of space to cook eat and sleep but with only one toilet, it dampens the experience quite a lot. the shower was also old and for some reason you had to turn the shower past the cold water to get the hot water, which made for an unpleasant feel when its cold. service however was welcoming and prompt

Clean tidy rooms, warm and the spa pool was the highlight. Friendly staff also highly recommend Arista to travellers passing through. Will stay again
