Thermal Oak Motel

Great hotel with exceptional staff and customer service!!! Was a little worried about location and whether it would be too loud off the main street but it was very quiet as the building is tucked back off street and enclosed with other buildings so very quiet! Hot tubs are the bomb and the staff can set the temperature - sweet after a long day biking Room is spacious and kitchen set up is good for simple meals. Location convenient to walk to near by groceries and restaurant. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Staff is very nice. They are super trustworthy and kind.nRooms are clean and tidy. They have very nice paintings. Wifi is great. Mineral pools are very relaxing. Location is great. I had a very nice stay.

We stayed a night and were pleasantly surprised when given an upgrade upon arrival. Emily the manager was really nice and explained everything. The room was very nice, we had our own hot pool ! The room was quiet, clean and looked recently renovated. Parked my large Ute right outside the door. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We will be back. A++

We spent a couple nights in a studio room. It has a little kitchenette where you can cook simple meals. The room is clean and seems to have been renovated recently. It is quiet, equiped with AC.nThere is a laundry room for guests.nThe check-in desk closes quite early 18:30, beware.nYou can walk to the nearest supermarket, there are also a few fast-foods nearby.

Super comfy bed. Bathroom was amazing, very functional with drawers in the bathroom cabinet and the shower was excellent. Great lighting throughout the unit. Kitchen was very functional with plenty of utensils and a good fridge. Plenty of storage in the room. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking a little tight but not a problem. Would stay again.
