Great store layout shelves and floor and very tidy.. I also enjoy coming coming here for their the decent range different virety types of food of gluten free, allergy free options they have available for a change to PAKNSAVE variety where I usually go

Don’t waste your money on fresh fruit and veg here. Twice now we’ve bought produce and got home, cut it open and it’s rotten inside. Once I can understand, twice is shocking in less than a year. Never had this issue at PnS GI or our local fruit and veg shop.nAnd the only way to complain is to take it back to the store. Who has time to waste to drive rotten capsicums to the shop

Went to get some coleslaw, the lady put some in, weighed it, printed the sticker, then put the lid on, re weighed it with the extra weight of the lid and relabelled it. I checked the label and it was a different to the original weight so I called her out on it, and she tried to blame the label printer for not working, screwed up the old label so I couldn’t see, and eventually reprinted at the previous weight.nShe deliberately tried to scam me and got caught out. It’s a small weight difference but it’s the principle that matters here. How many other people get stung with that every day? Is this self directed or management directed. As if Woolworths doesn’t rake in enough money as it is. Absolutely pathetic.

Unfriendly, untrained online shopping manager and some of the staff.nThey haven’t included my packing slip until the last few weeks after my direct feedback to manager.nI have done a shop online for months and each time I received very hostile attitude at the pick up point, where manager was smoking with her male staff. And some of the time I have my 9 years old with me which makes it more disturbing.nToday they didn’t put the item I paid. And they put damaged packaging of Macro Free range chicken.nI have received two times in a row crack eggs.nAnd awful vegetables and fruits.nNow on I will make sure I will check everything while I’m there, before putting them in my car.nI referred today’s problem to their online contact.
