The bread is amazing, far superior to Baker's Delight and other New World branches. I usually get the Ciabatta and the Wheatmeal. Also great selection at the deli. Meat, fish etc. Hard working, helpful and happy staff! I never encounter huge queues there either so it seems to be well staffed.

Quality food and fresh veg and fruits . Good selection of wines

Recently left my brand new cell phone by mistake. Happy ending to get it back... staff were fantastic. Thank you.

Excellent  quality and variety of foodstuffs. Better than other New Worlds. Top bakery and hot deli foods

Keep buying expired products. This beer was over a month expired. Purchased soups that were weeks expired and also salami. Except a bit better when they charge high prices

A thoroughly bad New World though recently under new management so we'll wait and see. Overpriced even compared to other New World's and that's saying something!!!! 'Fresh' is a relative concept in their fresh produce dept.

Good quality products but not the widest range of choices. Still a good place to go if you want something that’s not in the usual cheaper shops

Pretty average supermarket in this chain. Not very customer centric focussed on variety of grocery lines. Limited choice. Given they are a tad more expensive than Countdown, I expect better. Checkout staff are great and very helpful
