Find staff trolleys in the middle of aisles, while shopping really annoying, when they're restocking shelves. What I also find quite shocking is staff pricing products, I walked passed an item valued at $5.78, woman came and re priced it at $7.59 that's a $2.30 difference wow... To repriced items in front of customers is I feel offensive and rude.

I have been shopping in this Pak N Save for many years. Always well stock. Plenty of items to choose from. They done really well during last year and early this year COVID lock down. They are really strict with customers number through the shop. Very hygienic and tidy display. Plenty of parking. Good to stop at night with less customers.

Served by Mila today with big smile even though it was busy still she was helping to pack and arrange our grocery. Such a hardworking staff . Great customer service

I was shopping here when I was confronted and later assaulted at the self checkout by a Security Guard who publicly accused me of stealing, saying he witnessed me putting items in my bag on camera, which I had not done. Also it was not possible for me to put an item in my bag without touching my bag or taking it off my back. I immediately asked to see the video film he claimed he had. The security guard started threatening me and giving me repeated Yes or No orders while I was asking for him to get the manager's assistance. I said if you really think I've stolen something we should call the police and get them involved and they can search my bag.nnThat's when the Security Guard got physically aggressive and assaulted me using an unnecessary and humiliating amount of force to remove me from the store. He continued being aggressive and pushing me around after I said I would leave on my own under threat of injury. When this was brought to the attention of the manager Paul Wood. He refused to show the video footage which plainly did not exist or to provide any evidence of what I had supposedly done to deserve this, He then trespassed me for 2 years. When challenged further Mr Wood lied in writing, saying he had reasonable grounds to believe I wanted to take items without paying, But the reason I was assaulted was because I refused to leave the store before paying for the items I had in my basket and until I had sorted all this out. Very arrogant and unlawful practices by PaknSave Glen Innes. I will be continuing to pursue this legally.
