Farro Mt Wellington

My family has been going to this store for the past 3 years and it has simply been amazing. I know almost all of the staff and have not had any problem with any of them. They are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. The food they have is awesome and I really love all the stuff you can’t get from average supermarkets. BTW, people who complain about small tasting size are crazy because if you go to any other stores you’d not have them at all! Farro mt Wellington has always offered different treats during different seasons, even setting up a little “production chain” during Christmas. What more does one need?

Always a pleasant shopping experience at Farro. They have a fantastic selection of food and beverage from a range of carefully picked suppliers, a lot of which can’t be found in supermarkets. Wouldn't give us Tuesday5% discount Gold card! I asked for it and pointed to the notice by the till. She ignored me, then said it was too late she'd done the transaction. I pointed out I'd asked before she'd started it. She then said they weren't allowed to ask about gold cards. We are an elderly couple, both in our 80s.nThis is NOT GOOD enough! This used to be a quality shop with good customer service. Their small cakes are now done by 'Daily Bread', instead of by themselves. Their customer service is non existent. I came here often when I worked along the road, but I won't bother any more now.

Always good quality with reasonable prices. Definitely good valu for money.nThey are also honest and nice people.

Very disappointed. I bought multiple non-perishable items the week before Christmas to make luxury gift baskets, only to discover several items were already expired.nnFor a store that charges premium prices, this is not acceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to check expiry dates when paying top-tier prices.
