Farro Mt Wellington

Don't buy meat products here. Last weekend, I bought two lamb legs, and they were spoiled when I cooked them. This has never happened to me in any other supermarket.

We visited Farro to buy groceries and were shocked when three deli staff girls loudly accused us of only being there for the samples, despite us making purchases. Their behavior felt rude, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. Being called out like this in front of other customers was humiliating. I hope management addresses this, as everyone deserves to be treated with respect while shopping.

I regret sending one email complaint about an online pickup, my buns were expiring in two days and my yogurt in less than a week. Now when I shop there, the server openly points me out to her team, see to it that I hear her make false accusations, accusing me of dishonesty which is unacceptable misconduct. Should I consider shopping elsewhere or apologising for the email, despite having done nothing wrong? Other than that Farro Mt Wellington serves high-quality food, and she and the staff are always helpful and lovely.

Always a pleasant shopping experience at Farro. They have a fantastic selection of food and beverage from a range of carefully picked suppliers, a lot of which can’t be found in supermarkets. Some good products to choose from.If they don’t stock what you want and you have to go to there suppliers.I have notice there sliced and shaved ham is not as nice as it used to be to be., it’s from freedom but tastes is not as good
