I have been shopping in this Pak N Save for many years. Always well stock. Plenty of items to choose from. They done really well during last year and early this year COVID lock down. They are really strict with customers number through the shop. Very hygienic and tidy display. Plenty of parking. Good to stop at night with less customers.

I'm absolutely disgusted that they have opened up a vaccination center in this pak n save. That is not health. I buy food from there. I dont want to walk past people being stuck with needles literally next to check outs Won't be going back and have laid a health and safety complaint

Once upon a time, less than a year ago, I wrote a glowing review of this place. How much has changed! From clean well stocked and having friendly staff to the opposite. I actually loathe doing a grocery shop here now. The shelves and freezers are consistently empty, the fruit and veg is usually horrid and expensive, the meat and dairy is really expensive, the store looks dirty and it is just not pleasant. Outside, the rubbish is nasty. The trolleys are gross too. I just can't believe how much this place has changed in 8 months.

I have shopped here for more than twenty years and in the last 3 years it has become possibly the worst run retail outlet i have been to. The shelves are not restocked, it is untidy, unclean and the range is ridiculously limited. Today fellow customers were commenting that they felt like they were “shopping in the third world”. We now avoid shopping there if possible

I have been coming to this supermarket for years and unfortunately it is no where near as good as it used to be. Still great customer service from the ladies who have been here a really long time but there are some super rude local girls at the checkout counters which makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. The produce and some grocery items are being sold at end of shelf life or close to end of shelf life which is also disappointing.

Seafood doesn't agree with me making it hard to move about the store from. The butchery to the bakery and in a couple aisles but other was as complete a range as I have needed for a long time.

I bought fish tray last time I went here and when I got home.. it smells really bad! It was disgustingAnd I’m sure rest of the meats were smells but people didn’t notice.

Bread rolls bought today but was made yesterday, still soft however they are tough to cut through. Looked like a training bakery good, which should have been sold at a discounted price. Compared to Pak n Sav Sylvia Park, their bakery goods are much better quality. Disappointed for with such a simple to make bread rolls. More like kids playing with the dough than a proper baker making the bread rolls. The rolls were not even and the top was tought to cut like trying to cut a raw pork skin. This lengthy feedback is meant for the improvement purposes.

I may not go back to shop at Pak N Save Glenn Innes. Yesterday, the 12th of December, I nearly finished my shopping and on the way to the check out I remembered one more item to add to my purchases. I left my trolley in front of the frozen fruits fridge and went to the drinks fridge, which is basically 3 metres away, to grab a few drinks. It took me a few minutes to go back and find no trolleys. I searched everywhere for my trolley but it completely vanished. I was furious so I went to customer support where I have been told that Preet, one of the employers, was not patient enough to leave the trolley in store for 10 minutes. Speaking to Preet in person, he was not apologetic at all. Instead of saying sorry for being so impatient, he told me upfront that trolleys are not allowed to be in store for that long 10 minutes and possibly less otherwise the store will be full of trolleys!!! Preet had a yellow smile on his face and was rude and felt victorious about his impatience! Instead of apologising, he continued to defend his behaviour. If I had time, I would have spoken to his manager but I didn’t. I had to quickly remember the items that I had in my trolley, rush across the supermarket to put them back in my trolley and to leave in a rush. Preet is not a reasonable employee who made me purchase only half of what I previously had in my trolley because of his impatience and arrogance. I’m really wondering how many Preets did they employ in this supermarket and how good Preet is to their business knowing that I ended up purchasing half of what I previously had in my trolley!

Lots of options to choose. One can find best deals daily. Cheap and best.
