Woolworths Rolleston

Very spacious store for every grocery need. It gets really busy during the weekends and evenings. Pricing is expensive compared to the New World store nearby.

Hit and miss. Clean store, nice layout. Some of the front of house staff are quite rude, prices can be out the gate. Paknsave needs to hurry up and open.

Great store, everything fresh. Plenty of room to get around with your trolley. Friendly staff. The only two negatives are…wonky wheels on most of the trolleys, needs maintenance please & also needs some designated parking spaces for motors homes, please!.., we’ve seen another Woolworths with this parking & it made parking so much easier, there’s lots of motorhomers who I’m sure would appreciate this. I placed an online order for the first time at this store last week. The picker packer did a fantastic job at selecting fresh produce, but the pick-up process was disorganised. In future, I'll opt for their new food collection lockers at the front instead of collecting inside the store.nThanks again to the picker packer who packed my order. They have a great eye for choosing the best apples.

Have been using this supermarket for a while however the last 4 or 5 times I have encountered a number of staff members who in front of other customers behave in extremely rude manner with no customer service skills. I will actually consider using one of the other supermarkets in Rolleston to avoid being spoken to like a naughty child
