Woolworths Fairy Springs

They forgot 2 of my items for my pick up order without giving me a heads up. Wouldn’t have known is I didn’t check the invoice while putting my shopping away. Had to go through an automated phone call to sort out my refund and still haven’t gotten my confirmation on my refund. Would’ve appreciated the heads up if they weren’t going to pack what I needing in my shopping.

This Woolworths is really nice and the staff was kind as well. It's a big store and offers many items, some overpriced and some to a fair price. In general we prefer other stores.

Lovely lady's served us. Both at the checkout and the merchandiser installing the bread .nLovely clean shop. Lots of room . Lots of variety.

I have been quite often for simple lunch wrap papers but only cooking wrap papers! What the problem??
