Woolworths Fairy Springs

Did click and collect there. My order was perfect but was spoilt by the useless people not doing click and collect that were parked in the 3 click and collect car parks. Heaps of car parks that morning, just lazy, entitled people. Oh well, I had to park up in the normal spaces and grab a trolley to grab the groceries. The click and collect parking spaces are right in front of click and collect lockers so should be an easy process normally I suppose.

They forgot 2 of my items for my pick up order without giving me a heads up. Wouldn’t have known is I didn’t check the invoice while putting my shopping away. Had to go through an automated phone call to sort out my refund and still haven’t gotten my confirmation on my refund. Would’ve appreciated the heads up if they weren’t going to pack what I needing in my shopping.

Only one manned checkout open with a long queue. All express checkouts were closed as well, only the robots open. Not much competition here to bring customer service back to business.

Shelves well stocked, if you use your rewards card and the specials prices are similar to anywhere else

This Woolworths is really nice and the staff was kind as well. It's a big store and offers many items, some overpriced and some to a fair price. In general we prefer other stores.
