Four Square Edmund Road

Tonight was a bit of a bummer. We are regulars and have always enjoyed this shop. Long story short, my card declined because I was short about a dollar, tough week. Had to put back a loaf of bread since I already had anotherAnyway the young girl behind the counter thought that was funny, laughed alongside the rude customer behind us that made a smirky remark "Only in Rotorua you'll get that loaf of bread back". Was really embarrassing for me since I had my son with me. I just hope she can consider being a little bit quieter instead of laughing, if someone else is struggling to purchase food. It's tough out there and I bought the rest of our essentials. I mean it's not like i returned a bread in favor of a pack of smokes.

Somehow chips were forgotten on our Uber delivery. So I called the store and they delivered us cold chips themselves. Wow. Apples were soft and Moosh. 2nd time this has happened. They are very kind otherwise and welcoming in store.

All the staff are so friendly, best 4sq out.

Love this store but at times mostly when owners are away when the store is busy 1 person serving can ring bell for help 3+times and the duty manager can be right there but just walks away.NOT GOOD look its not hard to jump in and help its called team work

Lovely 4square managed by people who care about the people. Always happy and kind and welcoming. They have a great team atmosphere and it really shows everyone is happy and kind. Hot kai is yummy too.

I found the management and all the staff that I have dealt with to be very good to deal with while I have visited this Four Square super shop often on a daily basis and their takeaway service also top service and retain very high health and hygiene standards which are important to myself and customer services . Amazing service! We got a free chocolate block while our meal was being prepared. We were shook! The fried chicken "gurl" Don't get me started! Just perfection!
