I used to get so many insults from some of the staff then I fould out that a woman I knew many years ago called Lynette was working therenShe knew a police man and even he said he was thinking about areasting her for stalking menI heard her outside today asking a friend about me I want make a complaint against her for stalking me but as she may have mental problems I just want her to leave me alone I will be glad when that countdown shop closes for good i don't want that nutty woman near me . I never go in there because she works there . I do buy food at the warehousenSo don't have to go in therenPlease tell her to stop stalking we because it's very upsetting.nEven my friend was very annoyed that she was asking about menI was getting concerned about this nutty woman so I rung up to police and after 35 minutes I got an answer I asked her about if was anythingnOn my file this nutty woman was complaining about and she said there is nothing on my file about it , I am very honestnIf your staff have a stalker contact the rotorua police . Her relation chritised me on the radionMonths ago then the idiot admitted for getting six months in prision for stalking me in the pastnA police woman then rung up the radio maybe you were Listening to the radionBeing stalked can be very upsettingnAnd they can stalk you for years even asking your friends about you.nI don't any idiots stalking me I am a 71 year old man at one point I had pre diabetes high blood sugar I am concerned about my health I don't want idiots stalking me . I stopped going to countdown because of that idiot and my health may have suffered because I was not getting the right food . Please tell my stalker to leave me and my friends alone

It's a small mall but I like that way. People there so great, helpful when things don't go as planned.

Suprise suprice I came in there today and the lady at the counter was very nice . Why only one star .nWell it's history I used to come in when the virus was on I came in at night and less chance of getting the virus and I used to get insults from some of the staff I complained and complained and nothing happened so I have left I have not been back for months . Today I came in and every thing was alright but Now I like buying food at othernPlaces so why should I go back to a you supermarket where I might get insults again . I hope you liked my story about the mad shooter I am sure some of your staff that might be related to him most of people who get upset by a company go somewhere else and you lose business and you don't know why I complain it the hope you change for the better , but it's hard to come back to a business after you had insults from the staff .

Would be no stars but it doest give that option. When here for the first time in awhile staff are rude, only 2 checkouts open with long lines another 4 staff standing around, I had to put my trolly load through the self checkout option as waiting until next Xmas for the line to move with a couple of kids wasn't ganna happen. Up your game countdown central mall that is bloody atrocious! Won't be back

After hearing the profit result of a billion or so dollars during the current cost of living situation it was surprising that only 2 staff 1 checkout was available to the 15-odd customers waiting to purchase.
