It was abit scares in the store and formation que, was a must. But every thing is available now after covid L4

Always enjoy my experience here. Great customer service helpful and friendly. Fruit and vegetables always super fresh displayed well in layout. Look forward to coffee at the cafe on my way out. Prefer New World to any other supermarket wherever I am.

Not bad but used express service to get service.

Mean chicken and chips. Always pretty good service, only thing is that you have to ask for a paper bag or reusable one. Instead of having them displayed and easily accessible.

Stuff at this story are awesome, I met a staff member named Brian who was awesome, I wish more big business had such great customer service reps like Brian, I think he was Korean I've seen him working years ago at Polynesian spa, Great to see he's been picked up locally. Also I love the friend chicken

Prices rising every week. Staff great. Starting to shop elsewhere

Great facilities, good staff, great variety of products and availability. When crowded can be congested as workers are stocking shelves at the same time.
