Wendy's Hamburgers

Went here over the Easter break 2024. They had renovated the inside, which looks good. However, the food was gross to put it mildly. We had a beef and a chicken burger. Both felt like they had been put in the microwave and were extremely dry. Also, I ordered a caramel shake, it had zero syrup in it and was soild ice ceam, took it back to say can you put some syrup in it, they just took it, 10 mins layer it was handed back made again but the same as the first, still no flavour, couldn't be bothered trying again. It's a huge letdown after coming here for years.

Food was disgusting and not edible, the below photo says enough

Firstly they charged me for 12 pack of nuggets when I only asked for a 5pack, I also ordered a chicken blt and instead received a crispy chicken burger. When I rung to sort it out I got told to bring the burger back in even though as I mentioned I’d already taken a bite out of it thinking it was my chicken blt. Like what are you gonna do with a burger that’s had a bite out of it anyway? Very disappointed

This was such a disappointment. Our chips were well over cooked. The person working at the till was so quiet you couldn't hear a word they said. There is also no high chairs here which was such an inconvenience when trying to have lunch. Don't waste your money here.

Ordered from ubereats I got a food delivered and the quality of the food was a disappointment. Watery fanta miles well drink water, cold burger and no salt on chips and added extra cheese in burger which I got charged for and there wasn't what I paid for. I called the store and they did not do anything about the complaint. Tried complaining through ubereats app and that wasn't helpful either. Huge let down and a waste of money
