Burger King

Zero customer service. You're greeted by an AI at the drive thru, where the order screen doesn't work so you dont know if the AI is even taking the order correctly. Then when you get to the window they dont confirm your order just point at the pay wave box wity no greeting or words at all. At no point is there a screen showing your order.nnThen when you get your meal is cold.. the bacon burger had literally the bare minimum of what someone might call bacon.nnIf you want burger king go to Fraser cove

This place never ceases to disappoint.nThe frozen coke was only 3/4 full and the sherbet king fusion was so disappointing. I have no idea what happened to the sherbet part but those few sprinkled on top was all there was. We we're basically given strawberry sundaes with marshmallows but only half filled.nAnd the staff treat you like an inconvenience.nThe bk at Fraser cove is worth the extra few drive. They have friendly staff and consistent, well made food.

Was craving BK. My food was done in a few min. Hot fries and a nice dubble whopper with cheese. Maybe a bit more lettuce on the burger next time. The place is pretty dirty tho, you guys should clean it more. Overall was a good experience.

yaknow, many years ago i gave up on burger king. it was always so crappy, i stopped going altogether about 15 years ago. but recently, on a whim, i decided to try again. Cameron road Burger king was fantastic. Excellent service, fresh fries and well made burgers. ive been back a dozen times now, i get good deals on the app too.nthe restaurant is always clean, the food is fresh and the staff are pleasant, especially the older lady, i think her name is Yvonne, amazing service from her!!nni went to the mount Burger king once, thinking I'd get the same quality, but it was disappointing. Cameron road is the only burger king in NZ worth visiting :

Ai drive thru had me skeptical at first but it made no errors so can't complain! Would be nice if the screen showed you your order though so you know it's correct before proceeding to pay. But the AI screen was actually pretty cool leaves more staff to deal with face to face customers in store
