McDonald's Greerton

We are getting sick of McDonald's stuffing up our order today we got a double stack where the big Mac was just chucked in the box which was missing the bun so gave that to the dog and now go to eat a cheeseburger and have a look at the photo it looks like someone has tried to eat it. Also the cheese has just been thrown in there to so McDonald's we won't be going there again

We got a frozen L&P and it was only half filled.

WORK SHOUT - We put on a breakfast for our team of tradies and McDonalds Greerton staff were so accommodating and efficient! I called them the day before and ordered and they had the food all ready to pick up hot and fresh at 6.30am - well done team!nBOP Asphalt

I ordered almond milk for my latte but they gave me full cream then my husband buy me again then they gave us full cream again.now my bacon chicken sandwich has no bacon..I called them and just said I'm sorry for that..

Went through drive thru last night with my special needs niece to get her some food and my parents. We were told to wait parking lot for our meal. We waited a while for our food and seen from outside that they were serving people and preparing orders for uber drivers and 3 cars that got their order and not have our meal ready yet. So I walked in and waited inside and overheard either the manager say to the young guy “ Well its not my fault if they yell at you” because we were waiting long for our order and we were the only car in the waiting parking lot, he then said he didn't care with a smirk on his face and not knowing that I was the driver of the vehicle in the parking lot . So I said to the young guy “ is that for saying my number plate and he looked surprised and then I grabbed my food and said “why did it take so long”. if my special needs niece & parents weren't hungry I would have thrown the food back at this employer and asked for my money back. I was furious and the drinks werent even filled to the top they were halfway.
