McDonald's Greerton

Hey ,I've come to Gretton McDonald's and recently I've been getting the Angus beef burger Texan BBQ got home to it all burn and hard black they normally cook it beautifully but haven't had one in a while and tonight I had one and the meat was hard to chew , also every time I normally check my bag but got home and the chips wasn't there and this isn't the first time I've noticed they always forget actless one thing I know customer service can be hard dealing with Uber and serving customers so I'm still gonna give you 5 stars just as I know they will improve thanks:

Terrible drive-through service. Most times when I visit at least once a week I am directed to park in the overflow drive-though bay. This morning I parked up to wait for a coffee and 10 mins later it still hadn't been brought out. Had to leave without my coffee as this made me late for work. This kind of thing happens often. It appears you don't get many good reviews or correct the manner of work that comes from your store , our food was thrown in the boxes like an absolute mess , you made us drive through the drive through 3 times because what we ordered supposedly was only one per drive through , why couldn't U just do 3 transactions , oh and then you still stuffed up the order which happens every single time, the thing is your food is expensive so it should be of good quality , why don't you have a much. Higher standard of work ethic

20 minutes exactly when I was the only one in the restaurant!nFilthy restaurant.nAs you can see a dog aloud to stay in restaurant.nRang manager to complain, nothing done to rectify, actually didn't really own the disgrace.

Ordered a Big Mac and a mc Flurry waited 15 minits got home the Mc Flurry was half and I got cold chips !nNo burger just cold chipsnDisgusting Service disgusting food
