McDonald's Greerton

I had such a great experience here tonight! The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time. I left feeling genuinely happy—everything was so quick, but still kind and thoughtful. It didn’t feel rushed or robotic at all, just real, friendly, human service. Didnt mind parking up at all. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!

Will be the last trip here. Got hot drinks and meals for work place about from the drive through and asked to wait - hot drinks brought out then waited for 12 mins for food, drinks are now cold. When discussed all I get is a sorry and the staff walking away. The shop was not busy just the staff not interested.

The wait was exceptionally long and it was quite an infuriating process as many other orders were called in front of my own when I had ordered well before them. Inside there were a few groups, not too busy not too quiet. But there were many people around the streets sitting on the sidewalk and lurking around making it feel a bit unsafe and a quick experience. When we received the food our Sundae had a depressing amount of ice cream and a lack of toppings compared to regular amounts. The chips were cold and the packets were rather empty. The nuggets came without sauce even when the orderer had specifically requested sauce multiple times The drinks were not completely full and the milkshake came melted. Overall not a very enjoyable experience but not the worst.

We got everything but our 10 piece chicken nuggets, not happy with this service, staff should be checking the orders before sending them out. I'm getting sick and tired being ripped off. Rang the store and they blamed it on the dashern, it is your responsibility as a merchant that your customers receive what is ordered.nNot a happy customer at all.

We had payed and received our chang but we saw that the five dollar not was cut in the middle we went up and told them if you could have it back a d give us a new five dollar but he got passed and said ita fine take it giving us the money that should of been fully new
