RE Burger Tauranga

~I used to order burgers from here occasionally, and it was pretty good. But the order I made today was really awful. I mean, both the fries and the chicken nuggets were fried in terrible oil—it was so obvious it hadn’t been changed in a long time. The beef burger tastes so bad —especially the chicken nuggets and fries, which had a really heavy, off smell. It just wasn’t normal; the oil must have been really old. I couldn’t eat it—I got nauseous. I threw everything in the trash. I wish I had ordered from McDonald’s—yeah, it was that bad. !

Te Puke Baby went on a very important mission… nnHe walked into RE Burger in Greerton, barely tall enough to see over the counter and needing to use a stool, eyes wide and sparkling like he’d just discovered treasure. And honestly… he had.nFrom the very first sniff, Te Puke Baby knew this was serious business. The burgers weren’t just big — they were magnificent. Juicy, stacked high, and made with the kind of care that makes even a tiny adventurer pause and go “woooahhh…”nHe climbed onto his little seat, bib on with a tiny red heart, of course, and waited patiently… well, mostly patiently. When the burger arrived, it was almost bigger than him — which made it perfect.nOne bite… and silence.nTwo bites… happy little wiggles.nThree bites… full commitment. Sauce everywhere. No regrets.nnThe flavours? Bold, rich, and comforting — like a warm hug after a long day of tiny adventures. The fries? Crispy little golden treasures that disappeared very quickly no one saw where they went… definitely not Te Puke Baby.nBut what made it extra special wasn’t just the food — it was the feeling. Friendly smiles, good vibes, and that unmistakable sense that the people behind the counter really care about what they’re making.nnTe Puke Baby left with a full tummy, messy hands, and the biggest, happiest grin.nHe will absolutely be back… probably sooner than expected.nn“Big burgers. Was in here Thursday 16th July at 7.45pm with my family. Wow these guys are absolute legends!!! Awesome service and extra looked after!! Wicked burgers guys! My boy had his 2nd ever burger in his life and his hands were shaking with enjoyment in the anticipation of eating that sucker!

The best Reburger I've ever been to, great atmosphere and very fast, the food was great

Not bad. I had the cheese burger. Although the patty was under cooked, staff were very polite and apologetic about it and cooked it some more. Second version was much better but they should have reheated the buns or made a new burger. Loaded fries with chicken and bacon were great. Very filling. Friendly staff.
