We are getting sick of McDonald's stuffing up our order today we got a double stack where the big Mac was just chucked in the box which was missing the bun so gave that to the dog and now go to eat a cheeseburger and have a look at the photo it looks like someone has tried to eat it. Also the cheese has just been thrown in there to so McDonald's we won't be going there again
20 minutes exactly when I was the only one in the restaurant! Filthy restaurant. As you can see a dog aloud to stay in restaurant. Rang manager to complain, nothing done to rectify, actually didn't really own the disgrace.
Firstly, i picked my drunk friend up last night and wanted to get her food but it was closed which was a disappointment. Secondly I came in this morning to get her food again before i took her to work and we got mcmuffins and hot drinks now we both feel really sick and need to diarrhoea, but she’s at work struggling now.. this kinda a joke but at the same time not
My daughter ordered chips and frozen coke about 3pm. Waiting more than 10 minutes and chips was on the bench 5 minutes. Very slow and never care warm food
Good service food was nice did not wait long.... Most consistent Mac Donalds....Mac Donalds in Cameron Road in CBD food is mostly dry and almost always gets the order wrong and short pack the dood leaving items out. Will not go there againFood: 4/5

Hey ,I've come to Gretton McDonald's and recently I've been getting the Angus beef burger Texan BBQ got home to it all burn and hard black they normally cook it beautifully but haven't had one in a while and tonight I had one and the meat was hard to chew , also every time I normally check my bag but got home and the chips wasn't there and this isn't the first time I've noticed they always forget actless one thing I know customer service can be hard dealing with Uber and serving customers so I'm still gonna give you 5 stars just as I know they will improve thanks:
Terrible drive-through service. Most times when I visit at least once a week I am directed to park in the overflow drive-though bay. This morning I parked up to wait for a coffee and 10 mins later it still hadn't been brought out. Had to leave without my coffee as this made me late for work. This kind of thing happens often. They weren't busy :
Eaxh time ive come in the Chips are always cold with no salt, burgers are dry, self service machines always broken and staff are rude and just shove stuff in the bags which causes food to spill out and squash. If we are spending that much money we should get decent foodFood: 1/5
It appears you don't get many good reviews or correct the manner of work that comes from your store , our food was thrown in the boxes like an absolute mess , you made us drive through the drive through 3 times because what we ordered supposedly was only one per drive through , why couldn't U just do 3 transactions , oh and then you still stuffed up the order which happens every single time, the thing is your food is expensive so it should be of good quality , why don't you have a much. Higher standard of work ethic
