Was an excellent meal. Fries were perfection and the burger was fresh and juicy. Beautiful scenery absolutely adored it. And the best part was the customer service, a sweet girl with black hair and a nose ring served me she was so joyful and full of light it really made my day.

Was looking forward for yummy burgers but instead got 2 Cold Whoppers that wear made very poorly. Had to heat up by the time I got home which was only 5 min away, the drinks were also warm. Was such a mess! Long wait, Over all not happy with tonight's service.

spent $50 through drive thru, first of all was bad customer service seemed like they were laughing or making jokes with eachother towards us? They gave us the wrong burger i payed for a kings collection bacon buttermilk burger and they gave me a disgusting completely wrong burger that looked like it had been sitting there for hours… Our large chips were half empty & this was our cheeseburgers… we also asked for a reciepts as i didn’t understand why it costed so much & they never gave it. Highly not recommend

Really bad customer service ordered 3 burgers just looked like they were slapped together our chips weren’t even in the boxes, they were lying at the bottom of the bag like they were just thrown into the bag. The lady behind the till taking orders definitely didn’t want to be here

Unseasoned cooked to f fries Stone cold burgers Sparkling raspberry water/ no syrup Thick shake with a drop of chocolate  I wouldve taken it back and got my $45 back but I figured clearly no one gives a s@$t

Tables needed to be cleaned. Rubbish bins over flowing. My pattie in burger was dry and over cooked. Chips were old not freshly made. My drink flavour was disgusting.Food: 3/5

Ordered food, waited almost 15mins. No apology. Food was cold, and they didn't even give me the chocolate sauce for churros.

They always miss the orders. last time when I had drive thru Crispy chicken meal and nuggets. i asked for aioli sauce and they gave me sweet and sour and today again no sauce at all. Why??

Very bad customer service. The person who answered the door asked me to order from the drive thru even though I walked there. However, when I walked to the drive thru counter, he basically went back inside and ignored me. When I went back to the front door and rang the bell, no one bothered to answer the door. If you don't intend to serve, please change your opening hours on Google and stop misguiding people.

Wife and I got BBQ bacon double cheeseburgers last night..chips were hot and fresh..only thing that was good...the burgers had luke warm patties that were like cardboard.the bacon was almost non existent as per photos..when I made a complaint to manager she was not the best with customer service..speaks very abruptly and can't smile...mabey in wrong industry???..they did remake new burgers for us..2nd time round they were a lot better but shouldn't have to deal with a grumpy manager who was rude to other customers while we were there...come on Burger King you used to be better than this
