McDonald's Tauranga

past hundred times for a very long time i’ve gotten the poorest quality big macs EVER!!. COLD, barely cooked, grey, & soggy since their obviously frozen beforehand and then not cooked properly might i mention again… this is not only on uber eats but in store as well, the staff puts absolutely no effort into making sure your food is made correctly & orders are stuffed up 99.9% of the time

It is always a good experience eating a big mac. This McDonald's is usually full in some hours. The service was good, and the food was tasty as always.

Mc Donald’s Tauranga has a shocking delivery service, I waited for over an hour for my food just so he made and never delivered I ended up canceling the order after an hour and twenty minutes and getting something else.nnI DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!nnPurchase your food from somewhere else.

I ended up having to go collect my food after an uber eats driver left it at the store and spoke to the manager at the time name Benji, he was the best. He helped alot and apologised constantly. Super appreciated!

I used the screens in store to order and it went smoothly this time it doesn't always. My orders were ready within like a minute or so. It was very quick anyway!nnI got a kiwiburger there and it was delicious! I wish that I could get that burger all year round, but it seems to only be available at certain times.nnI also got a big mac, which was alright. The sauce was not distributed very well. However, I am still happy with the product.nnThe fries were good too. Nice and salty, very tasty.nnThanks~
