McDonald's Tauranga

Had a good late‑night feed at McDonald's Tauranga around 2:30 am. Krish was on the till, super friendly and really quick with the order, and made everything easy. It felt really good to see staff who actually care about customers and go the extra mile. Cheers

All the electronic ordering a bit off putting, but a young lady on the staff, helped me out...nHightlights the importance of customer contact rather than machines!nEven a Gold card discount on the coffee, must have been because I couldn't handle the electronics?

It’s a good place to have lunch when you come to Tauranga for weekends. Not as crowded as those restaurants at the port.

Absolutely shocking service. been waiting for food for about 25min after ordering self kiosk, food cold and staff not in a hurry to serve, many people complaining aswell as a pretty empty store! do better!

I used the screens in store to order and it went smoothly this time it doesn't always. My orders were ready within like a minute or so. It was very quick anyway!nnI got a kiwiburger there and it was delicious! I wish that I could get that burger all year round, but it seems to only be available at certain times.nnI also got a big mac, which was alright. The sauce was not distributed very well. However, I am still happy with the product.nnThe fries were good too. Nice and salty, very tasty.nnThanks~
