McDonald's Tauranga

On the evening of November 17th, I picked up my takeout order, but the apple pie I ordered was missing, and the two hot chocolates were just plain water. This was my first time trying takeout, my kids were very disappointed.

This McDonald's outlet is strategically situated, enabling easy access for customers. Despite their constant engagement, the staff consistently exhibit a welcoming and cordial demeanor. Ample parking facilities are available, and the seating area on the upper floor offers a captivating view. Additionally, a dedicated play area caters to the entertainment needs of children. The self-ordering kiosks further enhance the customer experience by providing a convenient and efficient ordering process.

Went to drive through after work and did not get our order right. We told the cashier that one of our orders was missing from the list and he assured me that it is in there yet when we got it it literally was missing. The manager told us to go back to the end of the line to just order that 1 missing item that we were assured that it was there. What a dissappointment!

I went through the drive thru last Wednesday, and I must say service was incredible, was served by this young girl called charlie at the collection window for my food. she was very polite and well presented and made sure I had all My food before I drove off food was made really fast and efficiently and food all came fresh. will be back !!!!

It's a McDonald's so what do you want. Like most it's a little guy and miss. Cold dries one visit, but nice hot hash browns the next.nI will ask a question, as this location is particularly bad at this. Why can no McDonald's worker centre the Mac sauce in a Big Mac? You're usually making one or two burgers at a time and it's not that hard. Back in the day they used to be almost perfect at it, and that was while making at least 6, likely with some other burgers, and timing it to the grill as there were no clam grills, but I digress.nYou're going to toss a coin and either have an adequate experience or a horrible experience.nI will bite that there was one young woman I think her name was Danielle; sorry if I misspelled that who seemed newer but was still busting her hump running orders that were often messed up and or missing something, but still kept a smile and rectified the problem for customers quickly and efficiently. She's the main reason the service review wasn't lower. She was working Sunday 15 Sept if that helps managers identify and show her a little love.
