Taisia was the assistant who patiently helped us navigate and understand how to use Printicular to get our family photos printed. She went beyond the call of duty to help us, ensuring we got the correct sizes we wanted. A big thank you to Taisia.

Terrible service. Was told the print can be done on the same day, turns out to be only available tomorrow which does not work on my schedule. Waste of time.

Twice now I have ordered printing, only to be given the wrong document / photo! I was given a printing job from January... not the $84 order placed two days ago.nnReally frustrating as it makes for multiple trips. It's literally not hard to double check the order number and date.

Terrible staff treatment.nnThe young girl at the printing booth today was awesome 2:20pm 01/08/2024. However, Teresa a lady who was doing prints on mugs I think was awful. She yelled at the young girl for helping me when I was the one who asked for help. When I explained to Teresa that it wasn’t her fault and that I came to her for help, Teresa was awfully rude to both the worker and myself. Extremely toxic and that poor girl didn’t deserve that treatment. I hope Teresa finds it in herself to apologize and work on her behavior. Give the young girl a raise, shes worth more than that kind of treatment.

Would NOT recommend printing cards there. Absolute waste of time and money. Spent $20 on a large card for a 40th birthday. Ordered on the Sunday.. email said would be ready within 24 hours and I would hear from the store when ready. Got to wed and heard nothing. Called up and they had no idea where it was. Contacted foto finish who said it was an out of store order and takes up to a week.. would have been good to know that before I placed the order as I was leaving Auckland for the birthday on Fri and couldn’t take the card and had to buy another so it went to waste. Bad customer service wouldn’t recommend. However in store service at st Luke’s were very helpful with the last minute reprint I had to do in store even though I had to pay extra for another card and didn’t get a refund on the other order as foto finish refused to refund.
