Me and my friend came in to print for our uni finals and seemed to have a lot of issues but we had an amazing employee who gave us super great service and good chats thank you Jeremiah !

Phil at the shop did a great job for my banner. He had the job done in time, and he was able to pick out the spelling errors I had. What a great dude!nHighly recommend these guys

Rang them prior to my visit and asked how much per sheet to photocopy. I was told .25c. off I trotted with my $5. I took my 17 sheets, all neat and tidy in a pile. The young lady and guy behind the counter both helpful and pleasant. At the completion of the job I was charged $5.25. I queried this as I thought it should be $4.25. I was told $1.00 for a filing fee. What a joke and absolute rip off. Daylight robbery. All they needed to do was put my nice neat pile of paper in the feed tray and they charge $1.00 for that. I absolutely resent paying that fee and will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Nice big store with a good selection of items. The printing area is also handy and easy to use.nNot very crowded either!

I’ve been shopping here for a long time and have always had friendly interactions with the staff, but this time was abruptly different.nI had come in with my daughter for back to school shopping and got to the checkouts which were a bit busy with 2 people attending to customers. Once I started having my items scanned, the boy at the checkouts asked if I had found everything, asking what year my daughter was in etc. He then asked what school she went to, and after I told him he exclaimed “Oh my gosh! There’s been so many people from my daughter’s school, I’m so tired of hearing that name!” Which was so out the blue and caught me entirely off guard I wasn’t even sure how to respond to that. He then just talked about himself while scanning and I just smiled and nodded until I paid and left. I have no clue what prompted a reaction like that, but it definitely made both me and my daughter uncomfortable. So bizarre
