Shambles of a place for the print & copy centre. Been printing here the last 2 years for my business and without fail, every single time I go in, no one can find the items I’ve printed, they have no reasonable systems in place and look confused and dazed and tell me every time bar one that’s it’s not ready when I’ve received confirmation saying it is ready….. then they find it but it’s always scattered in multiple cupboards. Surely it’s not hard to get a system in place.nPrice is good and quality is good but the service and process is a shocker.

Shocking customer service. No one approached me for the combined hour I was in there morning then afternoon at the printing area. I stood looking to make it clear I needed assistance but no one even looked at me or asked me if I needed assistance, even when staff were few metres away helping other customers they just walked away. Yes this was a test to see if I would eventually get service but NO. Not until I ASKED FOR HELP.

Everytime I come here so the printing section of the store, the customer service is always awful and shocking. This staff seem miserable, don't smile. The wait times is crazy and you keep asking and asking where's my prints and they don't follow up or follow through with it. Management need to look at who the are hiring and sort this out.

My partner and I visited the store to find a desk and I can’t praise Ethan enough for his incredible help! He guided us through choosing the perfect desk, offering great advice on colors, sizes and what to order. His positive energy and excellent customer service made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. You’re very lucky to have such a fantastic team member like Ethan!
