Great store - found what I wanted - lovely Christmas fabric at 50% off!! The helpful lady upstairs was very nice and it was overall a very pleasant experience

Bad experience at this store today when I usually have no issues with this store. I had paid upstairs and was making my way downstairs to make my way out. Another person had also paid upstairs and made her way out the door with no issues. When myself and my mum were making our way out, the cashier lady very rudely asked us to show me your receipt! Repeatly and very loudly in front of everyone as if to embarrass us. We had to make a point of showing the receipt as she wanted to check that every item was paid for even though we only had two items. When she was finally satisfied, she said we had to check every receipt. Clearly, not since she didn't check the person before. This almost seems like a racial incident since the lady before was white, and we are clearly not. Very poor customer service. Will be thinking twice before coming here again. You should be treating customers with respect so that you will, too. Very embarrassing for them.

I needed ribbon to dress a car for a wedding. A lovely young lady spent enough time with me so I could get just what was needed! Very happy.

Three different types of fake moss here. My neighbors were so jealous!

RIP OFF!! Just bought sew on velcro. No price on it but needed it so cut tonlength then saw tue price $16/meter. $88 for 5.5 meters. Rang up Ikes Emporium to compare and it was $4/meter. Would have been $22. RIPPED OFF AND NEVER GOING BACK.
