Uz are so awsum about having a click and collect ready fast...your downfall is rudeness any time my partner who has tattoos picks up for me because I am sick!!!not every tattooed maori person is a broke!!!every time hez made to feel bad change your ways!!!

A little small and the lift freaks me out, but most of the time staff are lovely and friendly, fairly easy to find stuff, could do with more range of craft eyes and plush yarn colours

The upstairs fabric area is too hot for my sensory issues. Beware those who struggle with the heat. Highly recommend for customers who are always inexplicably cold, but unfortunately that's not me.nnParking can be a little stressful out the front, so I recommend driving behind the spotlight and parking in the underground parking lot. There are stairs that connect directly to the spotlight from under there.nnUpdate: they seem to have added more air conditioning in the upstairs area, so was much more bearable this time.

Staff are so helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable with their products. Highly recommended!
