Massive range of fabrics and bedding. From the outside the shop looks small but it is quite large in there and has more than you would think. I was looking for iron on patch material and the staff were happy to help even though it was 20 minutes to closing. The fabrics is upstairs so if you have mobility issues the stairs might be an issue.

I had the pleasure of working with Victoria, and she was absolutely fantastic. She applied her extensive jewellery experience to guide me through the process, offering valuable insights and advice every step of the way. What really stood out was her willingness to help, she was patient, approachable, and genuinely committed to ensuring I got the support I needed. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! We went to purchase $600+ worth of blinds & drapes during a sale and initially encountered laid back staff not willing to assist with any enthusiasm or urgency to help or serve though we approached the large central counter twice with questions where staff there weren't busy with anyone else.nnThe only reason this review isn't a 1 and has been bumped up to a 3 is that we tried again after talking of walking out to ask a question of Lydia who was busy placing stock. She stopped doing her task immediately and led us to the items we needed, answered further questions on hangings and overall was just the nicest and most helpful staff member there. She was delightful - everything managers should look for in staff.nnIf the company is wanting to make more money they have to address the staff attitude at this branch as is shown in multiple previous reviews. Everyone there needs to be 'a Lydia' as the service there from others is obviously 'not the best'.

Best place to get all of your crafts needs. Staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, patience and helpful. Some items are a bit over priced, but they do big sales which I think is the best time to get those items. Their car parking is reasonably big though shared with the other shops in the area. A great place to get yarns, fabrics and other sewing related items.

Love the stuff available here, it does seem to have a bit of a JB Hi-Fi vibe with promotions and dump bins. Perhaps could use a bit of refit.nnCustome sevice is great and the VIP prices are reasonable.nnUpdate: Went a second time, the items are missing price, priced differently to online, just overall seems a bit disorganised.
