I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my purchase. When I emailed them asking about it, I received no reply. The item was eventually received and I was happy about the price but next time I'll just pay more to get it delivered earlier. A bit of communication would have gone a long way, I'd recommend you start replying to your customers enquiries.

I was really disappointed when my order arrived later than expected, and to make matters worse, only one puzzle box was delivered, even though I had paid for two. There was no notification or explanation about why only one box was sent, which left me feeling a bit frustrated and uncertain about what had happened. nnHowever, I was relieved when Heidi quickly responded to my email. She was incredibly understanding and took immediate action to resolve the issue. Not only did she send out the missing puzzle box, but she also upgraded it to a higher-priced version and included two extra freebies as a gesture of goodwill. To top it off, everything arrived super quickly after that!nnI really appreciate Heidi's fast and helpful response—it turned my whole experience around. Thank you so much, Heidi, for going above and beyond to make things right!

Bought a bad batch of glow stars that don’t even glow for 2minutes. This was after I stuck them around 60 individual stars to the ceiling. Emailed the parent company for advice who said the NZ supplier Logical Toys would send me out a replacement pack. Waited months for Logical Toys to restock and then months again after they said they have posted them off to me. Shouldn’t take months considering they are in the same city. So they lied. When I followed up, they told me to go back to the store I bought them from with the faulty stars for a replacement 7 months after I bought them! I said no way, post them like you initially said you would and then I can post back the faulty stars. Still no sign of the stars. Awful service and I could probably get the same thing from the $2 shop for the quality.

Fantastic service, helped me out with a last minute request and posted it ASAP so it arrived on time. Great range of products too!
