Warehouse Stationery Glenfield

Placed a $700 order for branded pens and fridge magnets on 24 May, with a quoted turnaround of 7–10 working days. Three weeks on: no delivery, no tracking, no updates, and no one able to help when I followed up. The silence after taking full payment is what really stands out — every bit of contact has had to come from me. I wanted to back a local supplier; instead I’ve spent weeks chasing my own order. Can’t recommend until they fix their communication and fulfilment.

What a wonderful experience!nnHad to run in store for a last minute printing and binding service. Lilly and Eva are amazing!nnBoth ladies are friendly, warm and eager to help. Ended up buying more than what I planned but it’s all worthwhile.nnThank you for such a warm and lovely service. Lilly is a bilingual genius with larger than life persona and Eva is empathetic and understanding.nnI had my book printed and bound, got a birthday foil balloon and inflated with helium in store and bought a comfy gaming chair.nnWhat an experience!nnThanks again, ladies. You gals rock.

I’d like to say thank you to Lily who assisted me yesterday with printing my A1 poster for my uni assignment.nnI’d gone to warehouse stationery Silverdale and the lady couldn’t assist me and indicated that they got new printer and she didn’t know how to use the machine.nnI then drove 20 mins to Glenfield, in the hope that I could still have time to print.nnLily honestly saved the day! It was just before closing time and she was so willing to help. Thank you for making a plan for me and being so helpful. Highly recommend Warehouse Stationery Glenfield!

Ordered a single photo, went to the counter was told 10 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later and waited in line again 3-4 people, not too busy. To be told that the printer is broken and they have no estimate on when it will be fixed. I was then told they can call me once their manager comes over and looks at the issue to provide me with an eta on the fix, which was fine things can happen.nnI left the store and came back after 25-30 minutes as I had not received any calls and wanted to check if I needed to pick it up another day. I waited in line again and found out the machine had already been fixed and my photo was printed.nnIssues happen which is fine, but dont tell people you will do something you are not going to do. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk when she said she would give me a call that I had a prior arrangement so it was important to let me know of an eta when possible.

Props to Brandon, he was so helpful behind the desk at the copy center. Great advice and swift service saw me in and out with my documents nice and quick. Would highly recommend this location for the kind service and correct print formats every time.
