This shop is special.nnIf you have even a passing interest in games please go in just to see. The owners are kind and very welcoming with great advice and easy to talk to. Even the other customers who I’ve now interacted with have been friendly and gave great advice of their own.nnI didn’t even like magic the gathering! That was last week and now I’ve been back half a dozen times with certainty I’ll be back again soon for advice on my strategy and maybe to attend some of their events. Val specifically, if I could hire you for my leadership courses, I would.nnI’ve run many retail locations of varying scale and I have to say this is a master class in how to do it right! Select inventory on the things they know well, run only by people who are clearly passionate about what they do. This is one of the few locations I would give 6/5 stars if I could.nnKeep up the amazing work!

Best store in Auckland for trading card games or Warhammer. Friendly staff and very welcoming community. Would definitely recommend for gamers of all ages.

Love the range that Nova have to offer, especially TCGs. Such a wonderful family own the store - always a positive experience!

My favorite LGS and has the nicest staff that are all very welcoming and friendly. I love it here.
